A Customer Found A Full Chicken Head In Her KFC Meal And The News Goes Viral…..!!!

Another unlucky client who had to cope with subpar fast-food service is Gabrielle, who scooped up an entire chicken head from her KFC fried chicken dish. She gave the KDC restaurant in Feltham, Twickenham, a two-star assessment.

With nearly 10,000 likes, the UK woman’s review has also gained a lot of attention on the “Takeaway Tr*uma” Instagram page.

Despite discovering the chicken head inside, people were making jokes about Gabrielle’s kindness in leaving a two-star rather than a one.

Who at KFC learned about the incident?Dent also responded to Gabrielle in a humorous manner, stating that she apologized for the incident and gave them what may have been the nicest two-star rating ever!dent.

In my hot wings dinner, I discovered a fried chicken head. She stated in her evaluation of the restaurant, “Put me off the rest (of my meal), urgh.” A photo of the de*d chicken head, battered and fried with the meat, is included with it.

It might take her two chicken heads to give them a one-star rating, according to some of the jokes. Or the head of an undercooked chicken.

A representative for KFC said, “This picture truly caught us off guard. We have been investigating how it occurred ever since Gabrielle contacted us.

Simply put, we are proud to serve real chicken, but this has obviously gotten past the stringent procedures and inspections that are in place with our partners, suppliers, and staff, who make everything in our restaurants from scratch.

It’s true that occasionally, even the best-laid intentions can go wrong. And this one is quite uncommon.

We’ve taken it very seriously, and we’ve already retrained our staff and implemented additional safeguards with our suppliers to make sure it doesn’t happen again.

“That being said, it doesn’t alter Gabrielle’s experience – we’ve contacted her and she’s now agreed to some free KFC on us,” they continued.
